Senior Judge and Former President Carl Baudenbacher stepped down from the bench and Dr Bernd Hammermann took the oath and entered into office as Judge of the EFTA Court. Judge Hammermann’s term of office ends on 5 September 2019. He replaced Senior Judge, and former President, Carl Baudenbacher on the EFTA Court bench.
