The Governments of the EEA/EFTA States Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway have on 5 July 2013 decided to reappoint the President of the EFTA Court, Carl Baudenbacher, for a fourth term of six years as a Judge. The term will last from 6 September 2013 to 5 September 2019.
