On the 6th day of the Luxembourg Presidency of the Council of the European Union and the day after the Greece referendum, the Minister of Finance of the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, H.E. Pierre Gramegna, spoke at the EFTA Court. After an introduction by the Court’s President, Carl Baudenbacher, Pierre Gramegna elaborated on the focuses and hurdles to be overcome in the next six months. On a personal note, he recalled his long standing ties with the European Economic Area (EEA) having been the chairman of the EU Group for the EEA negotiations in 1991.
