Presentations given by Prof. Dr. Carl Baudenbacher, President of the EFTA Court and Mr Thomas Nordby, Managing Partner of Arntzen de Besche at the EFTA Court’s spring seminar held on Thursday, 14 June 2012 in Luxembourg. Other speakers included Mr Gianluca Grippa, Head of Division of the European External Action Service of the European Union and Mr Xavier Lewis, Director of the Legal & Executive Affairs of the EFTA Surveillance Authority. The seminar was dedicated to EEA law and the EEA judiciary and was the first of what is envisaged to become an annual event.
