The Court in corpore took part in the seminar on International Courts and their Importance for the Norwegian Legal Order organised by Hålogaland Court of Appeal and the Faculty of Law at the University of Tromsø on Friday 19th of April 2013 in Tromsø, at the University campus. President Carl Baudenbacher gave a speech on “The EFTA Court and its Interaction with the Norwegian courts”. Other speakers were, Norwegian Supreme Court Justice Arnfinn Bårdsen and Norway’s appointed judge at the European Court of Human Rights, Erik Møse. An ensuing panel discussion between the speakers and Professor Giuditta Cordero-Moss from the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo was moderated by the President of the Hålogaland Court of Appeal, Arild O. Eidesen.
