Live streaming of oral hearings public sittings

The EFTA Court offers a link to a live streaming of oral hearings and of public sittings for the delivery of judgments.

The streaming is enabled at the start of the hearing or the public sitting.

Video recordings of  hearings are not made available to the public when the hearings are over.

Conditions of use and disclaimer

Hearings are streamed on the Internet by the EFTA Court via the Court’s website to allow citizens to follow the hearings if they cannot be physically present.

As it is forbidden for the public present at an oral hearing to record the hearing, it is also forbidden to record or redistribute, in any form whatsoever, sound and/or images from a live streamed hearing on the Internet, either in its entirety or in part.

The live streaming on the Internet does not under any circumstances constitute an authentic recording or an official record of the oral hearing.
