The next Lunchtime talk will be held on Wednesday, 25 November 2026 at 12:30 at the EFTA Court (1 rue du Fort Thüngen, L-1499 Luxembourg).

The subject of the speech will be The Venice Commission: Working methods and functions for democracy and the rule of law in Europe – and for the EU given by Dr. Eirik Holmøyvik, Professor of Law at the University of Bergen and Vice-President of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe.

Sandwiches and light refreshments will be served afterwards. Please register before 16 November.
